We received the deed within a week and you called me personally at about three weeks with the RCI membership info. I signed up on the RCI website and the points were in the account, just as you said. The next day I confirmed a RCI Gold Crown “Last Call” in Florida for only 9,000 points. We have enough left in our new account for two more weeks of last calls this year. YUM. My wife Debbi and I want to thank you for helping us, once again, to get a terrific deal on a timeshare. It was sometime in the late 90s when he helped us secure our first amazing deals when you hooked us up with South African timeshares. We purchased two South Africa weeks and have never regretted it. To this day we get tremendous trading opportunities in exchange for our "grass huts" and have enjoyed many Gold Crown resorts by trading weeks with VERY LOW maintenance fees.

As RCI has shifted its emphasis to the Points System, I looked into converting a Florida week that I own into points, but that would have cost much more than the initial purchase, which made no sense to me. So when I did a search on the internet for buying a "Points Resort" and came across the name "Scott Riddle", I knew that I would find a knowledgeable and helpful broker who would give me a terrific deal. I wasn't disappointed.

In a matter of hours, we were able to figure out which point configuration at the Rayburn Country Club would work best for us. You painstakingly took the time to explain how to use the points system its maximum benefit. For example, you showed me how easy it was to convert "weeks" timeshares into points in order to give you the greatest flexibility. Furthermore, you clarified how "instant exchanges" (anything within 45 days) would cost you as few as 7500 points in trade. That means that one could stretch the point value of one average resort (like one of my one bedroom SA weeks) into THREE weeks of vacation. For people like us who don't necessarily plan our vacations long in advance, this is an unbelievable bargain.

And if that's not enough, I had the Rayburn Country Club deed in my hands within two weeks and my new RCI Points account set up in less than one month! On the very day that the account was established, you e-mailed me with all the information that I needed to activate my online access so that I could take advantage of exchanging immediately.

Your professionalism and endurance in the timeshare industry (lots of guys are 'in and out' in a few years) continues to instill confidence in me, and I'm certain that should I ever decide to expand upon my timeshare portfolio, that the first person I will contact will be Scott Riddle.
