Wow -- a miracle just occured. Yesterday I found out that our ongoing search for The Manhattan Club came through for a week early next summer. We ended up with the largest unit and we are just shocked we were able to pull this off. Since we bought the timeshare from you in January 2005 we have been to Orlando, Las Vegas plus we took the family of six to East Texas this year. I have also been able to help two friends make their vacation dreams come true using the Last Call option. One spent a week in a 3 bedroom condo in Vail, CO this summer and the other is about to spend a week at a Gold Crown 2 bedroom in Orlando during December. They were thrilled!!! I was your biggest fan and today I am now your BIGGEST fan. OK
-- so now next year we are going to Kauai in April and NYC in June -- both Gold Crowns and we still have points to spare. Incredible!!!

I had been looking for some time to be able to get into the 'points' game. I have owned at a couple of "weeks" resorts for about 8 years. This year I found myself in the position of having seven weeks "in the bank" and not being able to find any resorts in Hawaii the week we were going to be there. I decided it was time to get into points. A big criteria for me was a low annual maintenance fee, and after that, a low purchase price. Scott was able to satisfy both of those points. The transaction was very smooth, conducted by phone, email, paypal, and fax. The deed arrived right on schedule, and after that the RCI points sign-in information. On my first foray into the points website, I was able to find a 2 bedroom unit at a gold crown resort in Hawaii! By using the "points for deposit" program, I was able to deposit one of my banked weeks to increase my points balance. I am extremely happy with points, with the purchase transaction, and with Scott.
