I just wanted to take a moment to let you know two things: You delivered what you promised (and earlier than expected) and your thorough knowledge of the RCI exchange process got me into the condo in Aruba that I thought would never materialize.
I am confident that without your help, I would have been housed in an expensive hotel (with a large cash outlay) rather than a beautiful 2 bedroom condo unit on the beach (essentially FREE).
As you know, I had tried everything to get the accommodations I needed and was just about to give up when you gave me a short lesson and some tips to help. Wow!! Within a few days I was notified that my FIRST CHOICE condo was confirmed and we are now looking forward to a warm sunny (and economical) vacation in Aruba.

Here is the info you requested for the person who handled my timeshare purchases. Scott Riddle of Trading Time Inc is the person I used. When you call Scott, allow lots of time to get acquainted with his recommendations.
Scott is very knowledgeable about RCI and their procedures, more so than the RCI reps.
In addition to handling timeshare transactions, Scott can handle problems with RCI and provide information on many of their properties. I frequently use Scott as a sounding board before I make RCI trades.

We would highly recommend the Lawai Resort to any of our family and friends. The resort is ideally located right on the beach. Our unit was a huge 2 bedroom with great views of the ocean. One of the best beaches for snorkeling is right across the street. I say street, but the road is a very narrow paved road and the beach is about 20ft from the road. So the property is really right on the beach. The fish population is plentiful and colorful. The resort is on the south end of the island; so the weather is warmer and less windy than the remainder of Kauai. The resort is surrounded by excellent restaurants; the Beach House is right across the street. The resort is kept is excellent condition.

Although we have never met in person, I'm writing to thank you for your help in buying the Rayburn Country Club timeshare (RCI points). I was a little reluctant in buying a timeshare from someone who I had only communicated with on phone and e-mails.
I did a lot of research on the web, including the TUG where the members recommended you. I can say with confidence that you gave us a very good deal. I have always found you to be helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. What I like most about you is that you are true to your word - you always followed up when you said you would (even if it was to answer a simple question) and we received the paperwork within two weeks! It is also nice when a seller answers your question after the sale!

Just wanted to let you know that everything went according to schedule. We have our deed for Rayburn, our RCI points membership has been set up and the points for our week at Rayburn have already been deposited into our RCI points account. And to think that all this took place in less than four weeks from start to finish. Quite impressive given the fact that I'm from Canada and things have to be properly processed before crossing the border. You said it would take about 4-5 weeks ( and it took less) but ever the skeptical I really didn't believe you. I cannot thank you enough for the awesome customer service that you gave me and continue to give to me.
To anyone out there reading this testimonial, Scott, at Trading Time, is definately the man you want to deal with if you are thinking of purchasing a timeshare. It was quite by accident that I came across Scott's web site. I had goggled Rci Points and came up with a ton of hints. I contacted several people but Scott truly was the only person who took the time to walk me through the whole process of RCI points and how I could make my other week work in the point system too (I already had a RCI weeks time share in Orlando). I spent many hours on the phone with Scott and sent him many emails with question after question. For me doing something like buying a time share over the Internet was a huge leap of faith for me. I had never bought anything online before and here I was getting ready to wire someone I didn't really even know a fairly large sum of money. But as I said before, the whole business transaction happened exactly as Scott said it would.
