 Jane and I have been retired for a little over a year.  We have been RCI Weeks members for a number of years.  We have used our ‘week’ in a number of places; however, I heard about the ‘Points’ program and was interested.  I did some research and came across your web site.  I think I read the entire site completely.  Your info was priceless in leading to a decision.  Then I took the opportunity to call and speak with you.  Your helpfulness, knowledge, guidance and willingness to take the time to talk to me about, not only Rayburn County, but the program as a whole was the clincher.  We purchased a unit from you and you got us enrolled in the Points Program without any delay, problems or grief.

 We have attended several ‘timeshare presentations’ in the past and will never again subject ourselves to the high-pressure tactics of those sales guys again.

Thumbs up We just got our points account. We have been an RCI Weeks member for over 2 years and have done about 15 trades with RCI. In general we have been satisfied with our trades and membership as we are flexible and prefer to travel in the side seasons with more availability and less crowds. We have been reading about points and have decided to try it. We bought a Rayburn week from Scott Riddle at Trading Time. We have read about many people complaining about how long the processing of deeds and getting on to RCI Points takes. He e-mailed us a one page contract which we faxed back to him in the morning with a copy of our check. Our deed was recorded on the 30th of Nov. and we had it in our hand on Dec. 5th. We received an e-mail from Scott early this morning with our points account number and now we are online with RCI Points all in less than 3 weeks. I am impressed and amazed at his timeliness especially in today's times of little customer service. We are looking forward to using our points account in conjunction with our weeks account for more trades in the future.

When my wife and I started looking at getting back into timeshares we had several reservations about dealing with someone online.  We had been to a couple of onsite presentations and couldn't justify the prices they were asking, especially for the lower number of points they were offering, so if we were going to do it we would be doing it online. We ran across your offers and decided to see where it would lead and follow it until we felt uncomfortable, we never did.  You explained each step of the process, offered 3rd party names and phone numbers to verify what you were telling us- basically everything anyone would need to help them make a decision to proceed or not. Everything you told us would happen did happen just the way you explained it and when you said it would. The process was amazingly uncomplicated once we got started. You answered all our questions, and there were many, completely and honestly.  It was a real pleasure to do business with you, the product you offer is the product you get, no pressure whatsoever, excellent communications, and prompt service.  If anyone needs reassurance about dealing with you just tell them to get in touch with me. You walked me through all the intricacies of the RCI points system, found me a property that was priced very fairly (and in the range I was looking to spend) and even volunteered some good advice about making sure RCI credited me for the extra years of weeks membership I purchased (they did!). Dear Scott,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your help in the purchase of my unit at
Rayburn County.  As you know, I am presently an RCI Points Member and was looking to purchase another unit for an affordable price as well as low maintenance fees. I didn't know what to expect at first since this was a purchase I would have originally preferred to handle face to face. I did my due diligence by emailing your previous customers to get an idea if you were on the "up and up". Even though all the feedback was very positive, I was still apprehensive about the transaction. Once I spoke with you on the phone I felt much better and confident. The transaction went smoothly and the entire process only took 4 1/2 weeks! As an RCI Points Member, the purchase of this timeshare allowed me to add additional points at a low cost. Instead of settling for one vacation a year I am now able to take two or decided whether to book a two bedroom instead of a one bedroom.

Before I came across Rayburn County’s RCI points program, I had researched nearly all the timeshare options available for resale.  I was honestly shocked by the value delivered by this resort => maintenance fees at 1/3 what you would pay for the same points anywhere else.  I really thought it was too good to be true, but I figured I could at least invest a phone call to dig up some of the details.  After several long discussions with you, I came to realize that this resort really was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again for all your help and insight, it really was a pleasure doing business with you.
